At Astro Aarambh, we carefully pack and inspect every order before dispatch. We accept returns or exchanges only in cases where the product or parcel is received damaged.

Damaged Product / Parcel

If you receive a damaged product or your parcel appears damaged upon delivery, please follow these steps:

1. Record a complete unboxing video before opening the parcel.

2. The video must clearly show the sealed parcel, shipping label, and the complete unboxing process.

3. Do not edit, cut, or pause the unboxing video.

4. Contact our customer support and share the unboxing video along with clear photos of the damaged product/parcel.

5. Our team will review the evidence and determine whether the return or exchange is eligible.

Important: Unboxing Video Is Mandatory

A complete and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for approving any return or exchange request related to damage.

If an unboxing video is not provided, Astro Aarambh reserves the right to reject the return or exchange request, as we may not be able to verify whether the damage occurred during shipping or after delivery.

Exchange

If the damage is verified and your request is approved, we may provide a replacement/exchange of the damaged product, subject to product availability.

Non-Damaged Products

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, incorrect choice, or simply not liking the product, provided the product was delivered in good condition.

Damaged Parcel

If the outer parcel is visibly damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend recording the condition of the parcel before opening it and then recording the complete unboxing process.

Final Decision

All return and exchange requests are subject to verification by the Astro Aarambh team. Once the submitted evidence is reviewed, our team will confirm whether the request is eligible for a return or exchange.

At Astro Aarambh, we are delighted to offer 100% cashback on all eligible products purchased from 9th August 2026 onwards.

100% Cashback Offer

For every eligible order placed on or after 9th August 2026, you will receive cashback equivalent to 100% of the product purchase value.

How Can You Use Your Cashback?

The cashback credited to your wallet can be used on your future orders from Astro Aarambh Store.

You can use a maximum of 20% cashback in a single future order.

This means that cashback can cover up to 20% of the total value of that particular order, regardless of how much cashback is available in your wallet.

Example:
If your future order value is ₹1,000, you can use a maximum of ₹200 cashback on that order.

The remaining ₹800 must be paid using the available payment methods.

Cashback Validity

The cashback credited to your wallet will be valid for 30 days from the date of the qualifying order.

If the cashback is not used within 30 days, the unused cashback amount will automatically expire and cannot be claimed or restored.

Important Conditions

• The 100% cashback offer is applicable on eligible purchases made from 9th August 2026 onwards.

• Cashback is credited to your Astro Aarambh wallet after successful payment.

• Cashback is not refundable, transferable, or withdrawable as cash.
